During the first two weeks, eat three meals a day. No skipping.
You are learning how much food your body needs to give you steady energy and keep you satisfied.
Eat until comfortably full at each meal. If you finish and are still hungry, eat more meat and eggs.
In weeks three and four, things should feel significantly easier. You may find yourself not as hungry between meals.
If, and only if, you’re genuinely not hungry, you can space meals out and try eating twice a day.
If you get hungry, eat. Do not force fasting to fast. Follow what your body tells you.
